Article 1: Definitions

In these terms: Contractor: SJ.autobedrijf. Client: the natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with the Contractor. Services: all garage and car-repair services offered by the Contractor.

Article 2: Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations, assignments, and agreements of SJ.autobedrijf. Deviations are only valid if agreed in writing.

Article 3: Quotations and offers

All quotations are non-binding and valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Prices are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise indicated.

Article 4: Performance of the agreement

SJ.autobedrijf will perform the agreement to the best of its knowledge and ability. We guarantee that our mechanics hold the legally required RDW recognition, qualifications, and certifications.

Article 5: Client obligations

The client shall make available all necessary information, facilities, and cooperation required for proper execution of the assignment.

Article 6: Payment

Payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed. In case of late payment, the client is automatically in default.

Article 7: Liability

The liability of SJ.autobedrijf is limited to the amount paid out by the liability insurance in the relevant case, plus the deductible.

Article 8: Confidentiality

Both parties are obliged to maintain confidentiality of all confidential information obtained in the context of the agreement.

Article 9: Complaints

Complaints about the work performed must be reported in writing to SJ.autobedrijf within 48 hours of discovery.

Article 10: Applicable law

All agreements are exclusively governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court.
